Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you, or a person you nominate, receive the goods. If your order contains several items, it starts from the day you receive the last one.
How to withdraw
A clear statement of your decision is enough. You can send it:
- by email to info@balazskata.hu, or
- by post to: Szelezsen Kft., Kaposdada ltp. 29, 7478 Bárdudvarnok, Hungary
You may use the model form below, but you don't have to — any unambiguous statement is valid. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the 14-day period expires.
What happens next
- Send the item back within 14 days of sending your statement.
- I will refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your statement, using the same payment method you used.
- I may withhold the refund until I have received the item back, or until you have provided proof that you have sent it.
- The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer.
- Please return the piece in its own box and protective packaging — you are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
When the right does not apply
There is no right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and were made to your individual specification or clearly personalised (custom colour requests, one-off commissions). Once a gift card has been redeemed, its value cannot be refunded.
